1. Who we are and what we do

Spore Growth Partners is a strategic consulting firm serving the mushroom, supplement, and regulated CPG industries. Engagements span cultivation and operations, quality and compliance, testing strategy, product development, supply chain, and scale-up advisory. The Site is a marketing surface and inquiry channel for that consulting work.

Spore Growth Partners is not a medical, legal, financial, or pharmaceutical service. Nothing on the Site is intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent disease, and no content on the Site constitutes legal, medical, or regulatory advice.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you have the authority to do so on behalf of yourself or the company you represent. The Site is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed at children under 18.

3. Intellectual property

Site content — including text, illustrations, brand marks, and the underlying design system — is owned by Spore Growth Partners or licensed to it. You may quote and reference Site content with attribution. You may not republish, redistribute, or train machine-learning systems on the content as a substantial corpus without prior written permission.

4. Acceptable use of the contact form

The contact form exists so prospective clients can reach out. When using it, you agree not to:

• Submit confidential or proprietary information belonging to a third party without authorization.
• Use the form for unsolicited sales pitches, harassment, spam, or automated submissions.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise access the Site through means other than ordinary browser navigation.
• Attempt to disrupt the Site, its hosting infrastructure, or any service it depends on.

Submissions that abuse the form may be ignored, blocked at the network level, or reported to relevant providers.

5. Informational only — not professional advice

Content on the Site is informational and represents the general perspective of Spore Growth Partners. It is not a substitute for engagement-specific consulting work, and it is not legal, regulatory, medical, or financial advice. Engagement of Spore Growth Partners as a consultant requires a separately signed written agreement — the Site, contact form, or any inquiry response does not by itself create a consulting relationship.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spore Growth Partners, its principals, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on Site content. If a court of competent jurisdiction concludes that some liability must apply, that liability is limited to the amount you paid to access the Site — which is typically zero.

Nothing in this section is intended to disclaim liability that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.

7. Third-party services and links

The Site relies on third-party providers (hosting, email delivery, and similar infrastructure) listed in the Privacy Policy. Spore Growth Partners does not control those services and is not responsible for their operation, terms, or outages. External links from the Site are provided as references and are not endorsements.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the Site or our consulting practice evolves. Material updates will be reflected by changing the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sonoma County, California.
